1/ Where are Aynosens products made?
Aynosens products are made in Provence in France!
2/ Is aluminum dangerous for health?
Aynosens aluminum packaging is protected by a film inside the bottle, which means that the formula is never in contact with pure aluminum.
This film is Bisphenol A-free.
So no, here aluminum is not dangerous.
Neither our formulas nor our containers contain aluminum salts.
3/ What are the advantages and disadvantages of aluminum bottles?
Aynosens has chosen to be part of an eco-responsible, zero waste approach.
For this reason, the use of aluminum appeared to us as THE solution. Indeed, aluminum is infinitely recyclable, really infinitely! It uses 95% less energy to recycle aluminum than plastic or glass.
Unfortunately, today few people recycle their aluminum containers. Come on, let’s be honest, we all have a box of dry cakes, made of aluminum, transformed into a sewing box in our closets. We rarely know where to put our empty cans!
Well, just know that if we would recycle all the aluminum we use, we would no longer need to produce it and therefore we would be helping the planet considerably. Aluminum is a material that is used and not consumed.
Aluminum also allows us to properly protect our natural formulas. Indeed, vegetable oils oxidize on contact with light and air. Therefore it was also important to preserve the freshness of our ingredients and your products!
The main disadvantage of aluminum bottles is their “fragility”.
Aluminum will not break, but it will tend to “dent” if dropped.
This will not affect the product in any way, but it is important to let you know.
For your information, only the pumps of our products are made of plastic. Unfortunately, there is no solution today in Europe to have metal pumps.
However our pumps remain recyclable.
4/ Do your products contain allergens?
No. None of the 26 allergens recognized as such by the Scientific Committee for Consumer Safety are present in our formulas.
In 1999, the Scientific Committee for Consumer Safety identified 26 allergens likely to cause allergic reactions. The European Commission has therefore decided to make their mention compulsory in the list of ingredients of cosmetic products when they are present at a concentration greater than 0.001% in rinse-out products and 0.01% in leave-in products.

The words “allergen-free” will soon be banned because it is difficult if not impossible to ensure that no one will be allergic to any ingredient in the formulas.
The “fragrances” used in our formulas are not derived from petrochemicals but are all natural.
5/ What does the Bio - Cosmos Organic certification guarantee?
This Ecocert label guarantees healthy, verified and verifiable products.
The Cosmebio label makes it possible to distinguish at a glance which are truly natural or organic cosmetics. It is based on demanding specifications and a charter of ethical values. A control by an independent certifier is compulsory each year to verify the conformity of the products.
- On the total of the product, limitation of the petrochemical origin (list of authorized ingredients with maximum dosage), equals to around 95% minimum of ingredients of natural origin.
- 95% minimum of organic ingredients on all ingredients that can be organic (such as plants, beeswax, milk …)
- 20% minimum of organic ingredients on the total product (10% for rinse-off products and minerals – water and minerals are considered as non-organic because they are not cultivated)
6/ Are Aynosens products tested on animals?
No, our products are not tested on animals for several reasons:
- We are against this type of practice
- This has been prohibited by law in Europe since 2003
7/ Do Aynosens products contain essential oils ?
The only essential oil used is the essential oil of Patchouli. To date, it is one of the few essential oils not defined as allergenic.
You can find this essential oil in Patchouli Dry oil for teens at a low dosage.
8/ Who can use Aynosens products?
Everyone can use Aynosens products.
The formulas have been developed according to the needs of each age group but also taking into consideration that they can be interchanged between family members!
A product for babies, children or teenagers from Aynosens brand is compatible with all skin types and all ages. So don’t hesitate to “steal” your children’s skin care products!
1 – What are the delivery times ?
Orders will be delivered within 48 hours to 72 hours from the moment the payment is accepted and the order is placed before 12 a.m. For any order placed after 12 a.m it will take 72 hours.
These delivery times are applicable for orders placed from Monday to Friday.
For orders placed on weekends, preparation and shipping will take place the following Monday.
2 – How to check the status of my order?
Following the validation of the sending of your order, a tracking number will be given to you.
You will then be able to check the status of your order online.
3 – Can I change the delivery address?
No, the delivery adress cannot be changed after confirmation of the order.
4 – Can I use a PO box as a delivery address?
No, we do not deliver to PO boxes.
5 – Where can I find my order number?
You will find your order number in several places:
- In “My account”, in “My orders” section
- In the summary email of your order
- On your purchase invoice
6 – What are the shipping fees ?
The shipping fees for deliveries in France are:
- Home delivery: € 7,00
- Delivery to a Pick-up Point: € 5,00
- Express Home Delivery: € 10,00
The shipping fees for deliveries in Belgium & Luxembourg are:
- Home delivery: € 10,00
- Delivery to a Pick-up Point: € 7,20
10/ Returns and refunds
1 – Can I return my order ? How?
You have the option of returning your order under certain conditions:
- Your products are damaged
- You can use your 14-day right of withdrawal
Of course, the return will only be supported if the products have not been opened or used except for faulty products.
You just need to resend the received package or use another package. The costs of return are the responsibility of the customer.
2 – Returns policy
You will find a return form in “my orders” section. This document must be completed and sent with your return package.
3 – Refund policy
You have the option of getting a refund or exchanging your products.
You will get the refund within 30 days after we receive and check the products.
4 – I forgot to send the return form with the package, what should I do?
